Main findings:
An thorough briefing on the TRC. The last section talks about “observations in the streets” of what people think about the TRC report. It discusses issues of elite vs masses in the TRC and concludes that a few in the elite have been scapegoated, losing a great opportunity for ordinary people to find closure through transitional processes. It is basically a recount from external observers .
