Abstract
The report presents a comprehensive study assessing local attitudes toward peace, security, and justice. Conducted in North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri provinces with over 5,000 respondents, the study employed a mixed-methods approach using quantitative surveys and qualitative consultations. The main findings reveal that while respondents express hope for peace, they see ongoing challenges related to insecurity, weak justice systems, and the need for socio-economic revitalization to build long-term stability.
